·    Green tea is best to be had between meals. It can be had between eating foods such that 1-2 hours in between. As green tea is rich in folic acid and iron, it is best to drink it so that you maximize the nutrients absorption.
·    Green tea 100g requires one cup of boiling water and you can leave it for 30 minutes infused in the boiling water. Make a paste, add baking soda one teaspoon and brush your teeth using it.
